Sahaja Yoga means spontaneous union or the connection of the individual with the all pervading Divine energy. This is the final stage in the evolution of mankind and was triggered by H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is now established in more than 100 countries worldwide. The age of Truth is now underway and is sometimes known as The Age of Aquarius. This is the period where the cool breeze of the Holy Spirit will flow within the humanity and bring about the age of Truth.
